The SENDcast are sponsoring a table at the nasen awards 2026, and we want four of those seats to go to you – our SENDcast listeners and SENDcast Sessions customers!

What are the nasen Awards?

Now in their tenth year, the nasen Awards are the UK’s leading celebration of inclusive education. They recognise the settings, teams and individuals working tirelessly to make sure children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) are valued, supported and given the chance to reach their full potential.

Categories span the whole of the SEND landscape — from Early Years, Primary, Secondary, Further Education and Specialist Provision of the Year, through to Teacher of the Year, Support Practitioner of the Year, Leader or Leadership Team of the Year, Innovation in Inclusion, Co-Production Initiative of the Year, Young Advocate of the Year, and the Changemaker of the Year award.

The 2026 ceremony takes place on Friday 16 October at The Vox Conference Centre, Resorts World, Birmingham, with a prosecco reception, a three-course dinner with wine, live entertainment and networking with some of the best-known names in SEND.

Why it’s a great opportunity

Here’s what makes the evening worth putting yourself forward for:

  • ✓A night out with the SEND community’s biggest names — celebrating the settings and individuals making the biggest difference to inclusive education across the country.
  • ✓A seat alongside familiar voices — you’ll be at the table with SENDcast hosts and guests Dale Pickles, Jon Twycross, Gary Aubin, Susie Nyman, Ali Neal and Helen Ross.
  • ✓Everything’s included — drinks reception, three-course dinner with wine, and entertainment, all on us.
  • ✓Great networking — meet senior leaders, SENCOs, educational psychologists, support staff and fellow advocates from across the sector.
