Ginny Bootman is an experienced teacher, SENDCO, school leader, author, speaker and qualified Level 5 Life Coach. Connections are at the heart of everything Ginny does – whether working with children, families, SENCOs, teachers or school leaders, she believes strong relationships create the trust needed for people to thrive. She has worked in education for many years as a headteacher, senior manager, class teacher, SENDCO, and adviser and supporter of SENCOs and teachers across special, primary and secondary schools.
Ginny is the author of Independent Thinking On Being A SENDCO and a regular speaker at national events including The National SEN Conference, The Education Show Wales and NASEN LIVE. Known for bringing experience, common sense and practical thinking to SEND, her aim is to cut through jargon and unnecessary paperwork so professionals can focus on what matters most: children and their families.
