Victoria Bagnall
Co-Founder & CEO — Connections in Mind CIC
Victoria Bagnall is a neurodivergent educator, speaker, author and co-founder of Connections in Mind CIC, a specialist organisation working to improve understanding of executive function, neurodiversity and neuroinclusive practice. A Cambridge graduate and former teacher, Victoria has spent over a decade helping schools, families and organisations understand why young people can struggle with planning, emotional regulation, motivation, organisation, attention and follow-through — even when they are bright, capable and well-supported.
Victoria is the author of The Neuroinclusive Educator, forthcoming from Bloomsbury Education. She has trained educators, parents and professionals across the UK and internationally, including schools, universities, the NHS and major global organisations. Her work is known for translating complex neuroscience and psychology into practical, compassionate strategies that help adults support children and young people with greater insight, less judgement and more useful support.
